Location: Based in and around the Midlands area

Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (including Saturdays)

We are now seeking a highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic Head of Sales to drive our sales team towards their targets within a high-volume, car supermarket environment!
Your key focus will be delivering measurable commercial performance across all core sales metrics.
You will be accountable for driving sales volume and revenue growth, improving stock turn while effectively managing aged inventory, and maximising gross profit per unit as well as overall profit contribution.
