Job Overview
Motor Vehicle Technician – responsible for servicing, repairing, and diagnosing our customers' vehicles to an exemplary standard within a state‑of‑the‑art workshop.
Working as part of a capable and motivated team, you will complete all service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards, provide diagnostic reports, and ensure the quality of work through road testing.
Responsibilities
* Servicing, repair and diagnostics of customer vehicles
* Completing service paperwork, job sheets, PDIs, and service reports to manufacturer and brand standards
* Providing accurate diagnostic reports on customer vehicles
* Using diagnostic equipment and conducting road tests to check level and quality of work
Qualifications
* Level 2 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
* Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a challenging yet rewarding environment
* Ability to work well under pressure, with technical ability to overcome challenges
* Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification advantageous, but not essential; full training provided
* Motor Vehicle Testing (MOT) licence beneficial but not essential
* Full UK driving licence
