MCS is partnering with a tech organisation to build a high‑performing engineering function. We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer with strong .NET and AWS/Azure expertise to lead development on key internal systems.
Responsibilities
Mentor team members while architecting and delivering enterprise‑scale solutions
Lead technical delivery, ensuring code quality and system security
Shape infrastructure and delivery processes using AWS CDK in Python and CI/CD platforms
Guide a team in a business committed to engineering excellence
Qualifications
Proven .NET backend experience, ideally in a regulated or financial environment
Strong background in AWS and Azure
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern cloud infrastructure
Hands‑on leadership skills and ability to mentor others
