As a Senior Consultant, you will have:
* Over 3 years of industry or consulting experience in utilities, manufacturing, or construction/infrastructure sectors
* Ability to lead and implement complex business change and transformation programs
* Experience managing sub-workstreams and collaborating with senior stakeholders
* Evidence of contributing to business development activities, supporting referrals and new opportunities
* Proven project management skills, including planning, monitoring, and reporting, with analytical insights
* Team management experience, engagement leadership, and supporting multi-functional teams
* Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills with high empathy
* A highly commercial mindset and interest in business development
* A passion for developing your leadership style and leveraging personal strengths and values
