* Planned opening mid May 2025.
* The candidate will be working in the back of house preparing meals and leading the kitchen team.
* Shift scheduled between 02:00 am - 00:00 am, including weekends.
* Successful candidates will need to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
* Candidates must be 18 years or over to perform certain tasks or work on specific shifts.
* Previous experience leading a kitchen team is required.
Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour, with an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, totaling £14.70 per hour.
* Shift pattern: Full Time, scheduled between 02:00 am - 00:00 am, including weekends.
* Note: Only candidates able to start work at 2 am will be considered.
