The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week
Description
This role involves managing 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching. It requires a dedicated point of contact for the team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, has strong communication skills, and can plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The role supports our clients across all media globally. It demands excellent project management skills, the ability to handle broad deadlines, and understanding of project timelines to maintain quality and meet deadlines. The producer must proactively organize jobs based on business priorities, keep records updated, and communicate any changes to relevant stakeholders, including Commercial/Project Managers, Team Leaders, and the Head of Art.
Accountabilities
1. Take briefs from any business area and oversee the delivery of all image assets.
2. Build positive, proactive relationships within the team.
3. Understand client challenges to prioritize effectively.
4. Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions.
5. Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
6. Evaluate creative briefs for feasibility based on requirements, time, and resources.
7. Gain thorough knowledge of client systems, review, and production processes.
8. Ensure work progresses and is delivered on time and within budget.
9. Keep team members updated on project status.
10. Motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
11. Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure brief accuracy and quality.
12. Work with brief owners to ensure all assets are available for timely delivery.
13. Act as a communication bridge between the Image team and other departments.
14. Manage accounts system, raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance work.
15. Ensure all estimates are approved before work begins.
16. Issue invoices promptly and accurately.
Skills
Requires 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. An interest in CG and photography is beneficial. Willingness to learn team software to improve understanding and confidence. Personal qualities include decision-making ability, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, a positive attitude, and a 'can-do' approach.
