They have over 750 Solicitors across the firm and and have a full service offering that includes several Tier 1 Team.This role offers a varied opportunity to work on non-contentious matters (and some contentious matters) in an in-house environment, assisting with the firm's needs and developing a close connection to their work. This firm offers a lot of support and a competitive salary, making it a great fit for a private practice solicitor that is looking to transition in-house or an in-house solicitor looking for their next step up!Key Responsibilities:Providing advice and conducting non-contentious matters including, regulatory, pension, exits and acquisitions, and other matters.Assisting the firm with contentious matters including preliminary tribunals and other cases.Assisting the GC with relevant matters and the development of the greater team.Report to senior management when necessary.Desired Skills and Experience:UK qualified solicitor of 4+ PQE, with good post-qualification experience from a reputable firm.
