The service will support 16 adults across three adjoining buildings, offering a mix of self-contained flats and shared residential spaces. As the Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 20 staff during the day and ensuring consistent, person-centred care, with a focus on active support and positive risk-taking. The role includes coordinating staff, fostering an empowering environment, attending monthly management meetings, and participating in the on-call rota.
