The Role:
Are you a Property & Construction Solicitor looking to work on complex, high impact projects in an environment where your expertise genuinely shapes the future? Join our University and play a key role in delivering an ambitious estate, capital development and property portfolio that supports teaching, research and innovation.
In this role, youll be at the heart of major property and construction initiatives, providing trusted legal advice that enables projects to move forward with confidence. Working closely with our Estates & Campus Services team, Procurement, and a wide range of internal stakeholders, youll help turn strategic plans into reality.
What youll be doing:
* Advising on a broad range of property and construction matters, from development and refurbishment projects to property transactions
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction and property contracts, ensuring risks are well managed
* Providing clear, practical advice on risk, compliance and governance
* Protecting the Universitys interests across its estate and capital projects while supporting collaborative, solution-focused delivery
