The Bull & Bush is a seasonal location on the main Bed & Breakfast road in Torquay, 10 minutes walk from the beach and 20 minutes from the town.
It is a community pub with pool table, large bar areas and dining for up to 100 covers. It benefits from both local trade and seasonal uplifts from tourism to the town.
We are looking for an experienced operator that is familiar with seasonal locations and someone who is able to re-establish the pub as a community local that offers exceptional service and some food.
The pub is turning over £5000 per week which is 100% wet lead, however, would benefit greatly from introduction of an 'own food' menu. An uplift in sales is expected by increasing live entertainment and the introduction of weekly quiz's/bingo/karaoke.
Please note - there is no 'live-in' accommodation with this pub, however please talk to us about the 'live-off' allowance included with this agreement.
