RGB Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading highways contractor who is seeking an experienced SSSTS / SMSTS Supervisor to join a major highways scheme in Cambridgeshire.
This is a long-term contract opportunity, ideal for a Supervisor with strong highways experience and proven site leadership skills.
Responsibilities
* Reporting directly to the Construction Manager
* Supervising a site team of 20-30 operatives
* Delivering daily briefings and toolbox talks
* Ensuring all Health & Safety standards are adhered to
* Supporting programme delivery and driving site productivity
Qualifications
* Valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
* CSCS card
* Proven experience supervising highways projects
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Confident managing large site teams and maintaining safe systems of work
