East Renfrewshire Council’s Housing Services is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced individual to join our Property, Capital and Asset Management Team.
The post-holder will lead on strategic energy efficiency and compliance functions within the Compliance Team, ensuring that the Council Housing Service meets all regulatory, statutory, and policy requirements.
With increasing demand for energy-efficient homes to meet EESSH targets and obligations to achieve Net Zero carbon emissions, we seek a candidate with a proven track record in delivering high-quality, customer-focused energy efficiency measures.
The Council aims to provide affordable heat to residents while working towards decarbonising assets. The successful applicant must be adaptable, capable of working effectively under pressure, and an effective communicator with a positive outlook. The role requires initiative, teamwork, and flexibility.
