Salary: £33,075 to £50,471
About the Role:
We are seeking a committed and experienced KS1 Teacher to join a thriving and supportive primary school in Slough. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a full-time teaching role in a well-resourced setting that values high-quality teaching and promotes continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum
• Support the academic and personal development of pupils across a diverse cohort
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils are encouraged to reach their full potential
• Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor progress and inform planning
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance pupil outcomes
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events and extracurricular activities
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1
• Strong classroom management skills and a track record of high-quality teaching
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• A reflective and proactive approach to teaching and learning
• Commitment to upholding school values and contributing to school improvement
