Location: UK (Hybrid)
Salary: c.£70,000 -£90,000 base + bonus

Overview
A growing consulting organisation is building out its Data & AI capability and is seeking a Senior / Principal Solutions Consultant to lead solution design across enterprise clients.
This role focuses on shaping end-to-end Azure-based data and AI solutions, working at the intersection of consulting, architecture, and commercial delivery.
The Role
* Lead solution architecture across Azure data and AI platforms
* Translate business challenges into scalable, production-ready solutions
* Design end-to-end data, analytics and AI architectures
* Support pre-sales, bids, and client solutioning activity
* Run client workshops and shape problem statements
* Ensure alignment between solution design and delivery execution
* Engage senior stakeholders across business and technology
* Contribute to development of offerings and go-to-market propositions
Core Experience
* Strong consulting or solutioning background (data, cloud or AI)
* Proven experience designing solutions within the Azure ecosystem
* Ability to operate across both technical and business domains
* Experience in data platforms, analytics, AI/ML or GenAI use cases
* Comfortable working in ambiguous, early-stage problem environments
* Experience supporting proposals, RFPs or bid activity
