Empowering Learning is seeking a calm, patient, and passionate Teacher to join a primary school in Bury. This role will begin on a supply basis, with the strong possibility of becoming permanent depending on performance.
About the Role
As a Teacher, you will:
Plan, deliver, and adapt lessons for pupils
Create personalised learning programmes that support academic, social, and emotional development
Use positive behaviour management strategies to support students with challenging behaviour
Work collaboratively with TAs
Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and wider professionals
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience teaching primary-aged students (QTS or equivalent required)
Is calm, patient, and passionate, particularly when managing challenging behaviour
Builds positive, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
Is committed to helping every child thrive and achieve their goals
