Job Title: Commercial Manager
Location: Norfolk with some felxi and hybrid working
Salary: Competitive
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will develop and implement our product strategy, grow our business with new and existing customers, and manage a budget of approximately £10 million.
You will focus on sustainable and profitable growth and build strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies - predominantly with current customers
* Manage and grow customer relationships
* Achieve sales targets and profitability goals
* Manage a budget of around £10 million
* Work with clients on product development and new solutions
* Oversee customer fulfillment
* Provide technical support to customers
The Candidate:
* Proven track record of developing sales in B2B manufacturing and FMCG sectors
* Experience working with manufacturing sites
* Ambitious approach to customer relationships
* Ability to grow business with existing customers and develop new collaborations
* Product management experience advatagous
* High energy and a proactive approach
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to travel
