Job Advert The Office Administration Assistant will provide day‑to‑day administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office. Reporting to the Business Co‑ordinator, the role involves a varied range of office and basic finance‑related tasks, including invoicing, record‑keeping, and general office administration. This part‑time position, the role requires a well‑organised, flexible, and approachable individual who is comfortable working independently in a busy office environment. Why New Breed? * Competitive base salary * Part time hours 8.30am to 3pm Monday to Friday * Extensive progression opportunities acrossthe wider group that has 2 other businesses * Extensive training opportunities with funded accredited courses * Discounts across shopping, groceries, travel, entertainment, dining, days out, health & beauty and much more! * Medicash * Long service awards * The usual: company pension, life assurance, cycle to work scheme, employee assistance programme, free refreshments, free on-site parking Day to Day * General office administration, including filing, scanning, and document management * Answering phone calls and emails and dealing with enquiries professionally * Managing incoming and outgoing post * Maintaining accurate records and filing systems (electronic and paper‑based) * Raising sales invoices andassistingwith invoicing processes * Using Sage 200 for invoicing and basic finance administration (experience beneficial; training provided) * Assistingwith purchase orders and other basic finance tasks asrequired * Ordering office supplies and monitoring stock levels * Organising meetings and supporting with general office &business coordination * Keeping the office clean, tidy, and presentable, including shared areas * Providing ad‑hoc administrative support to the wider team whenrequired What will you bring? * Previous experience in an administration position would be advantageous * Well organised with good attention to detail * Confident using email and basic office systems * Friendly, approachable, and able to work independently * Previous invoicing or Sage 200 experience would be beneficial, but is not essential as training will be provided Who are New Breed?
