Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef De Partie, you’ll support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes and memorable guest experiences:
9. Deliver consistently high-quality dishes while learning from the Head Chef
10. Work 40-50 hours per week across a mix of shifts depending on availability
11. Contribute to menu development and help create new recipes and specials
12. Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
13. Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience
14. Collaborate with the wider park team to ensure guests enjoy their stay
15. Opportunity for the role to develop into an annual position for the right Seasonal Chef
