The successful live-in Housekeeper / Nanny must have proven experience working in a HNW or fully staffed home and a strong understanding of the dynamics of working closely with parents. The children do have a full-time nanny in the week, so you will work closely with them. During the week, the role will be predominantly focused on housekeeping and household organisation, with weekend hours more focused on childcare and family support. Live-in Housekeeper / Nanny Key Responsibilities: All housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, ironing, wardrobe management and household organisation Helping the children with morning and evening routines, including breakfast, after-school support, mealtimes, bath and bedtime Being available to take sole charge of the children when required Working with the parents to ensure smooth-running routines and household harmony Flexibility to adjust hours and duties depending on the family’s schedule (especially during weekends, school holidays or if the family are away) The Successful Live-in Housekeeper / Nanny Candidate Will: Be experienced in a HNW / UHNW household, understanding discretion and professional boundaries, but also someone who can be a part of the family.
