As we scale our digital presence both in the UK and internationally, we’re seeking an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing, drive brand visibility, and support our growth goals across DTC and online channels.

Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager at Really Wild Clothing brand plays a vital role in shaping the brand’s online presence, engaging with customers, driving brand awareness and sales through strategic use of digital content and social media. This position involves planning, creating, and managing content across various digital channels to effectively communicate the brand's message, showcase its products, build a strong community around the brand and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a comprehensive digital and social & digital content strategy that aligns with the brand’s overall marketing objectives, values, and target audience.
* Identify key content themes, topics, and formats that resonate with the audience and support brand goals, such as brand storytelling, product promotion, and community engagement.
* Set goals and KPIs for content performance, such as engagement rates, reach, follower growth, website traffic, and conversion rates.

2. Content Creation:

* Oversee the creation of high-quality digital content, including photos, videos, graphics, and written copy, that effectively communicates the brand’s message and showcases its products.
* Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and copywriters to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
* Develop original content ideas, such as behind-the-scenes footage, influencer collaborations, style tips, and trend reports, to keep the audience engaged and interested.

3. Website Content Management: work with E-Commerce and Web Development Teams to:

* Maintain and update the brand’s website with fresh and engaging content, including homepage updates, product pages, blog posts, and landing pages.
* Ensure that product descriptions, images, and videos are accurate, up-to-date, and optimised for search engines (SEO).
* Enhance website user experience (UX) and improve content discoverability.

4. Campaign Development and Execution:

* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, sales events, and brand initiatives.
* Coordinate with the marketing, PR, and e-commerce teams to ensure campaigns are aligned across all channels and that messaging is consistent.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise strategies based on data and feedback.

5. Social Media Management:

* Manage the brand’s presence on various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent and engaging content across all channels.
* Create and schedule social media posts that showcase products, promote brand campaigns, highlight user-generated content, and share relevant industry news.
* Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a sense of community and building relationships with the audience.

6. Influencer and Partnership Management:

* Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors who align with the brand’s image and values.
* Manage relationships with influencers, overseeing content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
* Explore partnership opportunities with other brands, organisations or media outlets to expand reach and increase brand visibility.

7. Email Marketing:

* Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage customers, promote products, and drive online sales.
* Develop content for newsletters and promotional emails.

8. Analytics and Reporting:

* Track and analyse the performance of social media and digital content using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and third-party platforms.
* Prepare regular reports on key metrics, such as engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions, providing insights and recommendations to optimise content strategy.
* Use data-driven insights to refine and improve content performance, ensuring that strategies are effective and aligned with business objectives.

9. SEO and Content Optimisation:

* Implement SEO best practices to increase the visibility of digital content and drive organic traffic to the brand’s website and social media channels.
* Optimise content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords, meta descriptions, and alt tags.
* Ensure that all digital content is optimised for both desktop and mobile devices, providing a seamless user experience.

10. Trend Analysis and Innovation:

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media updates, and emerging digital platforms to keep the brand’s content fresh, relevant, and competitive.
* Experiment with new content formats, tools, and technologies to enhance engagement and drive innovation in digital marketing efforts.
* Identify and leverage current trends and cultural moments to create timely and relevant content that resonates with the audience.

11. Brand Consistency and Guidelines:

* Ensure that all social and digital content is consistent with the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity, maintaining a cohesive and recognisable brand image.
* Develop and enforce content guidelines and standards for tone, style, and aesthetics, ensuring that all content aligns with the brand’s values and objectives.

12. Crisis Management and Reputation Monitoring:

* Monitor social media channels for any negative feedback or potential crises, responding promptly and professionally to protect the brand’s reputation.
* Develop strategies and protocols for managing and mitigating potential social media crises, ensuring quick and effective resolution.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
