Conveyancing Lawyer - 1 year+ PQE | Aylesbury/ Hybrid | £55,000 per annum
The Opportunity:
A reputable and expanding law firm, is seeking an experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of one year's experience to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload and contribute to the continued growth of the Property department.
The Role:
As Conveyancing Lawyer, you will be involved in:

* Sales and purchases
\t
* Remortgages
\t
* Transfers of equity
\t
* Freehold and leasehold matters
About you:
\t
* Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 1+ years PQE in Residential Conveyancing
\t
* Work well under pressure
\t
* Excellent client care skills
\t
* Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
\t
* Able to explain matters in clear, accessible language
\t
* Ability to manage a busy, varied caseload
\t
* IT literate
Salary and Benefits:
\t
* Salary of £47,000 - £55,000, dependent on level of experience
