We’re partnering with a global leader in location-based entertainment, renowned for creating ambitious, story-driven attractions that blend physical builds with AV, and interactive technology into unforgettable live B2C experiences.
They are looking for a hands‑on Creative Producer, from an events background, with a strong technical mindset to join their in‑house team. This role combines creativity, technology, and live production, turning creative visions into technically robust, deliverable realities in physical spaces.
The Role
As Creative Producer, you will take ownership of projects from initial concept through to on‑site installation and successful live launch. You will be responsible for real‑world technical execution of physical builds, on large scales, which incorporate storytelling and immersive entertainment tech.
Key responsibilities
* Lead attractions projects end‑to‑end, from early creative development through technical design, build, install, and live delivery
* Translate high‑level creative ideas into feasible, buildable technical solutions within live environments
* Collaborate closely with internal technical teams and external vendors to define systems, specifications, integration approaches, and delivery plans
* Oversee the integration of AV systems, show control, interactive installations, and other technical elements within physical spaces
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality across complex, large‑scale productions
* Coordinate effectively across creative, technical, operations, and marketing teams, as well as external partners and specialist contractors
* Support delivery across multiple international locations and live event environments
What We’re Looking For
You will bring proven experience delivering event projects in physical, real‑world settings. This is not a purely creative or purely technical role. It demands someone who thrives at the crossroads of both.
* Strong background in events, experiential production, or immersive entertainment with high footfall in a B2C environment
* Demonstrated success delivering complex, technology‑driven projects involving AV, interactive systems, and physical installations
* Solid understanding of AV systems, show control, interactive technology, and their integration into built environments
* Confidence working with technical teams, specialist suppliers, and contractors to specify and deliver robust solutions
* Proven ability to translate creative intent into practical, on‑site execution while managing budgets, timelines, and quality
* Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across multi‑disciplinary teams and international projects

* Is equally comfortable discussing creative direction as they are system specifications, kit lists, and technical integration
* Understands the practical realities, constraints, and excitement of delivering live immersive experiences
* Can balance bold creative ambition with pragmatic delivery considerations
* Is highly organised, detail‑oriented, and confident managing complexity across multiple projects
* Excels at bringing diverse teams together and driving collaboration across disciplines
