Fram is working with a directly authorised financial planning firm in North Yorkshire that is continuing to invest in its technical capability. The business has a stable client base and a collaborative structure where paraplanning plays a central role in the advice process rather than sitting in the background. The role involves supporting advisers across the full advice cycle, with responsibility for preparing suitability reports and technical analysis across pensions, investments, inheritance tax planning, and cashflow modelling. Paraplanners work closely with advisers and have clear ownership of technical accuracy and report quality. Hybrid working is in place, with a consistent and manageable workload rather than a volume-led model. Key aspects of the role include: Preparing suitability reports and technical analysis across core financial planning areas Working closely with advisers throughout the advice process rather than operating as a back-office function Maintaining technical accuracy and consistency within a structured, well-supported environment This may appeal to a Level 4 qualified Paraplanner (or close to qualified) with experience in an IFA environment who values clarity of responsibility, adviser interaction, and a sustainable pace of work. Familiarity with Intelligent Office and cashflow modelling would be helpful. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
