Client Relationship Manager
Are you passionate about driving growth, cultivating Broker relationships, and making a meaningful impact At MSL, we re looking for a Client Relationship Manager who will play a key role in delivering our sales and distribution strategy while championing ethical selling and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
 * Build and sustain strong Broker relationships to support strategic initiatives and drive growth.
 * Ensure that all sales and distribution activities comply with FCA regulatory requirements and deliver great customer outcomes.
 * Embed Consumer Duty principles into Broker and Partner arrangements to ensure fair value and consistent alignment with target market needs.
 * Foster collaboration across teams (Compliance, Product Governance, Underwriting, and Marketing) to support new business opportunities.
 * Champion safe, ethical, and customer-focused sales strategies while monitoring Broker performance and ensuring accountability.
 * Play a key role in evolving our operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications
 * Are experienced in managing Broker relationships and delivering commercial results.
 * Have a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks like Consumer Duty and are committed to compliance and transparency.
 * Are proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
 * Excel at building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across internal and external teams.
 * Are enthusiastic about driving change and improving customer outcomes.
