Ideally your experience will come from SEND, but we are open to transferable sectors and territory if you have a strong knowledge of recruitment in Education. We have a huge opportunity for someone to lead and grow our SEND offering in Lancashire, we are ready to support you with making it a success in a non micromanagement environment!

What You'll Be Doing:
* Running and growing your own SEND focused, education recruitment desk in the Lancashire territory (it's huge, there is so much to go at!)
* Building strong, lasting relationships with schools and candidates
* Matching brilliant people with roles that make a real difference
* Working to clear goals and KPIs, with full support to exceed them
* Contributing to a positive, ambitious team culture

* Experience in 360 recruitment with a track record of success to talk to us about
