EA and Admin Manager \n\n£40-55k depending on experience\n\nLocation: Hammersmith\n\nHours: 9-6pm but can offer some flexibility\n\nWorking pattern: all applicants must be happy to be mainly office based but some hybrid working can be offered\n\nAre you an organised and proactive individual ready to make a significant impact? Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Executive Assistant & Administration Manager to provide direct support to the CEO and leadership team while ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions. This is a pivotal role where your skills will shine!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage the CEO's diary, inbox, and travel schedule\nPrepare documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.\nAssist with project coordination, follow-up actions, and key communications\nCreate and manage board packs\nAttend meetings to take minutes, track actions and follow up\nHandle expenses\nOversee daily office operations\nManage office equipment and IT assets\nLiaise with building managers and suppliers for facilities management\nAdminister office budget\nCoordinate logistics for internal events\nDevelop and maintain office policies and supplier contracts\nManage Health & Safety compliance\nSupport day-to-day HR tasks\nTrack holiday, sickness, and absence records \n\nAbout You:\n\nProven experience in an EA or Business Support role\nHighly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills\nConfident with MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel\nDiscreet, trustworthy\nKnowledge of HR processes is beneficial\nWillingness to undertake some limited travel when required \n\nAdvertised by the London Bridge branch of Office Angels\n\nOffice Angels is an employment agency and business.
