Akoni Technologies Ltd is seeking an experienced and innovative RPA Architect to lead the design and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions for one of our public sector clients. This role will involve developing robust automation architectures, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop scalable, high-performance RPA architectures tailored to client needs.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on RPA platforms such as UIPath, Blue Prism, or equivalent technologies.
* Oversee the technical delivery of RPA solutions, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, workflows, and automation requirements.
* Develop integration strategies with databases, APIs, and third-party applications to ensure seamless automation.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure architectural alignment and quality delivery.
* Communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging gaps in understanding.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
* Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in RPA architecture and solution design.
* RPA Platforms: Hands-on expertise in solution architecture for RPA platforms such as UIPath, Blue Prism, or equivalent technologies.
* Technical Proficiency: Solid end-user computing skills, with deeper technological experience in coding or databases being advantageous.
* Integration Expertise: Strong understanding of integration strategies, databases, and APIs.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable solutions.
