Compliance / Operations Analyst

A growing investment firm is on the lookout for a sharp, proactive Operations Analyst to support the senior team across compliance, governance, and business operations. Think Consumer Duty, MI reporting, process improvements, and even exploring AI for efficiency.
You will:
* Work directly with senior leadership to enhance governance & compliance
* Lead on Consumer Duty processes, policy, and reporting
* Own marketing reviews, record keeping & external due diligence
You’ll do:
* Collaborate across teams – investments, marketing, risk, client service
* Drive better operational and regulatory outcomes
* Keep documentation watertight and reporting smooth
You’ll bring:
* Experience in a compliance/governance ops role (FS sector)
* Solid understanding of Consumer Duty
* An organised mindset and a curious, analytical approach
