We are looking for a talented and driven Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team at The Mill Hotel, Sudbury, part of Surya Hotels. Step into an exciting new era of hospitality where you can make your mark, take ownership and bring your personality to everything you do.
The Mill Hotel is a 62 bedroom hotel overlooking the meadows, with a lively restaurant, busy bar and extensive outdoor seating. The Gainsborough Room brings an extra buzz, hosting events and private function that keep the kitchen busy and varied.

What we are looking for in a Breakfast Chef:
* Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work well under pressure
* The ability to deliver high standards consistently
* Outstanding attention to detail
* High standards of health and hygiene
* Clear communication skills
The Breakfast Chef role will require:
* The cleaning and maintaining of equipment
* Complying to food safety and other regulations and rules as set out by the business
* Preparing and cooking items on the menu
* Organising and labelling the kitchen and it's storage
* Managing and ordering in stock
* Keeping wastage to a minimum
