* Shaping multi-channel plans that drive visibility, engagement and measurable growth
* Rolling up your sleeves to deliver SEO activity (technical, content, linkbuilding) when needed
* Overseeing audits, roadmaps and KPI setting for retained clients
* Mentoring senior strategists and freelance partners, ensuring best thinking rises to the top
What we’re looking for
* Deep SEO expertise (technical + content + earned linkbuilding)
* Strategic channel planning skills across organic, owned and earned
* Senior-level agency experience in SEO, digital PR, content or digital strategy
* Strong project management and client leadership skills
* Analytical edge – confident in using tools like GA, GSC, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
* A consultative leader who can inspire, challenge and deliver
