What you’ll be doing Coordinating technical onboarding processes for new clients, configuring, integrating, and aligning systems to internal infrastructure Acting as a trusted advisor throughout onboarding, ensuring clear communication and strong collaboration Setting up robust security and access protocols that align with both client expectations and internal standards Overseeing offboarding when necessary, ensuring secure data transfers, compliance, and a positive final impression Managing service transitions for new suppliers or services, ensuring readiness and alignment with business and operational needs Producing clear documentation, onboarding plans, and service reports to keep projects on track and transparent Identifying opportunities to optimise workflows and implement automation to improve delivery and efficiency What you bring Experience in service transition, onboarding, or customer-facing technical roles such as solutions engineering, IT support, or service desk Practical understanding of ITIL and its application in live service environments Experience working within or managing multi-vendor environments Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to build trust with both technical teams and senior clients Awareness of IT service operations, SLAs, and commercial constraints Full UK driving licence What success looks like Onboarding projects delivered on time, to a high standard, and with consistently positive client feedback Zero financial losses on your projects, delivered within allocated budgets and resources Clear, actionable documentation captured for 100% of your projects, enabling seamless transitions into long-term support Meeting (or exceeding) consulting sales targets through successful onboarding and ongoing client engagement Playing a key role in a collaborative delivery team that values accuracy, ownership, and growth What’s on offer £35,000–£40,000 salary depending on experience Hybrid working – 2–3 days in the office (flexibility based on location and project needs) Ongoing support for career development, technical certifications, internal promotions, or cross-functional moves A role where you’ll never feel stuck, your ideas, energy, and curiosity will be welcomed
