Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of various projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in managing teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with organisational goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Duties
* Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective collaboration.
* Develop and maintain short-term programmes (2 to 6 weeks ahead) to ensure project milestones are met.
* Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
* Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure all project needs are met.
* Manage project budgets and perform cost control measures to optimise resources.
* Liaise with design consultants and an in-house technical team to resolve design and build issues.
* Foster strong communication among team members and stakeholders through regular updates and presentations.
* Produce weekly and monthly progress reports for Directors.
Experience
Candidates should possess a robust background in project management with experience in the following areas:
* A minimum of five years' experience in a Project Manager role within a main contracting environment
* Supervising experience with a focus on team management and leadership.
* Familiarity with ERP systems and content management systems.
* Strong organisational skills coupled with effective time management capabilities.
* Possess a thorough understanding of Part L compliance and sustainable building practices

Pay: £34,690.61-£66,637.75 per year
