What You'll Do:
* Lead and motivate a team to deliver consistently excellent service
* Manage staffing, training, and performance
* Oversee daily operations and support smooth service throughout the day
* Work closely with the business owners to ensure quality and consistency
* Uphold high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance
* Handle stock control and minimise wastage
* Bring energy, ideas, and initiative to improve team morale and customer experience
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in café, hospitality, or retail management
* A confident, supportive leader with strong communication skills
* Calm under pressure, organised, and great with people
* A genuine interest in coffee, food, and creating a warm customer experience
* Someone who leads from the front and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
* Solid understanding of health & safety, food hygiene, and stock systems

Pay: £14.50-£15.50 per hour
