Training Practice: Support GP trainees, F1 doctors, Medical and Nursing students.
Enhanced services: Joint injections, minor surgery, care homes, chronic disease management and many more.
Flexible Consultations: Mix of telephone and face-to-face appointments EMIS System, WCCG, GPTR.
Responsibilities
* Telephone consultations.
* Surgery consultations.
* Queries.
* Home visits.
* Reviewing test results.
* Paperwork.
* Recording clear consultation notes to agreed standards.
* Issuing computer generated repeat and acute prescriptions.
* Prescribing in accordance with the practice prescribing formulary whenever clinically appropriate.
* Providing counselling and health education.
* Admitting or discharging patients to and from the caseload and referring to other care providers as appropriate.
* All normal duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.
