Are you passionate about supporting students in their learning and making a real difference to their education? GSL Education is delighted to be working with a welcoming secondary school in Southampton who are seeking a dedicated Maths & English Tutor to join them from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a flexible working arrangement, with just a couple of hours per day helping students in small groups or one-to-one sessions. As the academic year progresses, more students are expected to require support, meaning the potential for increased hours will be available for the right candidate.

The Role
* Deliver targeted Maths and English tuition to KS3 and KS4 students
* Work flexibly for a couple of hours per day at times that suit you and the school
* Support students to build confidence, close learning gaps, and prepare for assessments
* Liaise with teaching staff to ensure tuition aligns with classroom learning
What We’re Looking For
* A passion for education and helping students achieve their potential
* Experience in tutoring or teaching Maths and/or English at secondary level
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and engage learners
* Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the students and the school
