Conveyancing Assistant Basildon Salary dependent on experience Our well-established client is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy Residential Property team, based at their Basildon office. Under supervision, you will be expected to carry out legal tasks including drafting legal documentation and correspondence, preparation of SDLT & Land Registry forms and liaising directly with clients. The roles also include time recording and assisting the fee earners within the department in relation to administration tasks. The successful candidates will be expected to have a good level of knowledge and experience working as a paralegal within this area of law. We would also welcome applications from paralegals with previous residential property compliance experience. It is essential that applicants also have excellent client care and inter-personal skills, the ability to work efficiently and accurately together with good software skills including a sound knowledge of electronic legal forms. You will also provide typing support, in addition to legal support, to the department.
