It's all about you:
We welcome candidates with a background in electrical work, even if you haven't held a surveying role before. Essential are testing & inspection experience, and qualifications such as apprenticeships, Level 3, HNC, or higher. Certifications like 2391 & 18th Edition are preferred. We value personality and motivation to learn and advance, including gaining additional qualifications like ATEX & COMPEX, and progressing towards chartered status with the IET.
The role itself:
Post-training, you'll test and inspect electrical equipment in various sectors, ensuring operational safety and compliance. Work environments include manufacturing, quarries, power plants, marine, agriculture, and airports, with increasing complexity as you develop your skills and salary.
