Job Overview
Run your own independent HR and training consultancy under the Our HR People national brand. This role is for an experienced HR professional with a proven track record who wishes to transition from employment to self‑employment.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage a client portfolio of small to medium businesses across various sectors.
* Deliver tailored HR advice on employment law, recruitment, performance management, training and development.
* Provide coaching and training programmes to client staff and senior management.
* Maintain quality service standards, manage client relationships and secure repeat business.
* Utilise Our HR People marketing, digital and training resources to prospect and promote services.
Required Qualifications and Experience
* Experience as an HR Specialist, HR Director or equivalent senior HR role.
* UK resident and authorised to live and work in the United Kingdom.
* Strong consultancy or client‑facing experience and a proven ability to close deals.
* Knowledge of current UK employment legislation and HR best practice frameworks.
* Preference for CIPD qualified professionals.
