Your new role
You will enjoy high-quality work and a high-profile client base that ranges from corporate entities and trusts, to charitable bodies, as well as High Net Worth individuals domiciled in the UK and abroad. You will deal with M&A - both public and private, private equity, venture capital, equity capital markets, corporate reorganisations and joint ventures. This role provides excellent opportunities to use a wide-range of skills and experience and you will enjoy a varied caseload of fast-paced transactions as part of partner-led teams.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for 1+ PQE Corporate Lawyers who have an established Corporate background, working for a leading City or national firm. Your experience will cover handling the full raft of M&A transactions and ideally you will have enjoyed exposure to handling work in the energy, transport or financial services sectors. If joining at the more senior end, you will be used to running your ownplex deals and supporting wider teams of juniors working with you.
