- Hybrid / Christchurch | Up to £60,000 We are recruiting an experienced Bid Manager to join a dynamic team in Christchurch.
This hybrid role offers the chance to lead complex, high-value bids from qualification through to contract award.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end bid process, ensuring compliance and high-quality submissions Develop bid strategies and manage multi-disciplinary bid teams Act as main point of contact for stakeholders across sales, delivery, finance, legal, and external partners Drive continuous improvement of bid governance and processes Ensure quality, compliance, and timely progression through reviews and approvals Experience / Skills Proven track record in bid and proposal management, ideally within Defence or Aerospace. xxuwjjq
