This opportunity is ideal for an immediately available technical Finance Assistant / Finance Administrator with broad experience at transactional level including AP and AR.
Salary/benefits:
* £30-35,000pa
* Hybrid Work - Fridays from home
Job Duties:
* Process sales orders through the finance system.
* Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and order fulfilment
* Carry out stock reconciliations and book stock movements.
* Produce monthly reports on sales, invoicing and stock
* Post remittances and update bank
* Process elements of the cashbook, ensuring accuracy.
* Assist in raising payments in line with company procedures.
* Process purchase invoices, credit notes and expenses.
* Maintain supplier records and support supplier reconciliations.
* Take responmsibility for reconciliations, reporting and transaction processing.
* Maintain financial spreadsheets to support month-end and management reporting.
Ideal experience
1. AAT qualified or equivalent
2. Strong Excel Skills
