We’re looking for a Reward and Benefits Specialist to join our Reward team, bringing expertise, insight and drive to help us deliver high-quality, data-driven reward solutions across our business. About the Role Reporting to the Head of Reward and working closely with the Reward Partner, you’ll support the design, implementation and delivery of reward, benefit and wellbeing activities. You’ll also lead small to medium projects, ensuring our reward practices are fair, competitive, and aligned with our strategic goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you’ll partner with both internal teams and external providers to manage benefits, support cyclical processes such as pay reviews and gender pay reporting, and use data analysis to inform decision-making. Key responsibilities Deliver and support reward, benefit and wellbeing projects across the group. Coordinate annual benefit renewals and manage provider relationships. Provide data-driven insight by analysing HR and reward metrics. Support job evaluation, pay benchmarking, gender pay reporting. Maintain and improve internal reward documentation, ensuring alignment with policy and compliance standards. Act as a key point of contact for reward-related queries and communications. What you’ll bring Experience in a Reward or HR function with exposure to employee benefits. Strong numerical and Excel skills, with a strength in turning data into actionable insights. A collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management abilities. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage concurrent priorities. A proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and employee wellbeing. Discretion, professionalism and an interest in reward trends and best practices. Degree-educated or with equivalent experience.
