Overview
SF Recruitment is recruiting for a permanent Finance Business Partner for a growing and well‑established manufacturing business based across the Gloucestershire region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful group in a newly created role, offering the chance to make a real impact while working closely with both finance and operational teams across the business.
Responsibilities
* Preparing monthly management accounts and supporting board pack development
* Analysing product profitability, customer account performance and sales trends
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes
* Tracking and reconciling supplier and customer rebates, including accruals
* Business partnering with sales, procurement, marketing and operational teams
* Monitoring stock controls including slow‑moving stock and obsolescence provisions
* Producing commercial reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
* Identifying process improvements and strengthening financial controls across the business
Qualifications
* Part‑qualified or qualified ACCA/CIMA
* Strong Excel skills
* Commercial awareness
