This role is to support our legal and company secretarial team in Belfast on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Support lawyers and company secretaries in delivering exceptional legal services to clients.
* Engage with technology and international teams to ensure efficient delivery.
* Carry out day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including client engagement processes and billing.
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
* Work alongside senior team members on various projects, including corporate restructuring and compliance initiatives.
* Conduct legal research and gather, collate and review data and documentation.
* Produce initial drafts of legal documentation.
* Assist with project management, including liaising across multiple jurisdictions.
* Support the team in developing the practice, drafting, amending and updating legal precedents, know‑how and internal/external marketing materials.

Qualifications
* Educated to degree level.
* Previous experience within the company secretarial or legal sector preferred.
* Aspiration to pursue CGI qualification or training contract, or currently working towards it.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills, together with proven resourcefulness and initiative.
