Our client are seeking motivated EHS Manager who can lead our efforts in creating a safer, healthier workplace for all.
What You'll Do:
As our EHS Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while promoting a culture of safety within our client's manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS policies and programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Conducting regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend solutions.
Leading training sessions to educate employees on safety practices and promote a proactive approach to EHS.
Collaborating with various teams to investigate incidents, identify root causes, and develop corrective action plans.
Preparing and presenting reports to management on EHS performance and improvement initiatives.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our EHS program is top-notch.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in EHS management within the manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees at all levels.
A proactive mindset with the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
