Duty Security Officer – InterContinental London Park Lane
We are currently looking for a Duty Security Officer to join the Security Team. The role follows a 4‑on, 4‑off shift pattern covering both days and nights.
Responsibilities & Duties
* Work as part of the Security Team covering the hotel premises.
* Operate CCTV and manage person/building protection.
* Maintain high‑level service and comply with health and safety requirements.
* Cover a wide range of day and night shifts, with a willingness to learn new skills and collaborate with the hotel team.
Qualifications
* Experienced Safety and Security Officer in a property of similar size, standard and complexity.
* Valid SIA licence holder.
* Passionate about delivering great service and understanding of health and safety.
Compensation & Benefits
* £15.79 per hour (£34,485 per annum) plus paid overtime.
* 28 days holiday annually, including bank holidays (pro‑rated up to 33 days).
* Average working hours 42 per week.
