What you'll do:
Lead and manage the Project Management service across pre- and post-contract stages.
Deliver programmes and projects across multiple sectors, ensuring time, budget, quality, and compliance.
Manage stakeholders, contracts (NEC, JCT, ICC), budgets, and risk, providing proactive solutions.
Support business growth and local market development.
Mentor and develop junior team members, helping shape the next generation of professionals.
Work closely with the office leadership to influence strategy and operational excellence. Who you are:
Experienced in construction consultancy with strong client delivery skills.
Familiar with programme management, material movement, and strategic land, ideally within housing development.
