My client, a national housing developer is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to manage a new phase of an existing scheme of 160+unit, consisting of all affordable housing & apartments

The ideal candidate will have experience of running large or multi-phased schemes and production teams simultaneously whilst working within a fair build programme whilst delivering on quality within budget and on time.
Duties,
1. Project manager, No1, whilst reporting in to a Contract Manager or Construction Director
2. Responsible for multiple phases,all productions teams, sub-contractors and trades and labour
3. Pre-construction work for projects
4. Inductions & talk box talks
5. Material calls offs
6. Ensure all sub-contractors are working in line with build programmes and all work is checked.
7. Responsible for all non-conforming sub-contractors
8. RAMS
9. Providing clear direction to the construction teams regarding responsibilities and targets
10. Ensuring projects are completed are completed in accordance with specification and the build programme
11. Providing accurate and regular reports on progress and dates
12. Controlling additional costs for non-productive costs and prelim expenditure
13. Training and support of production teams
14. Taking responsibility for self-development and the development of others
15. Monitoring and controlling the quality of production and approve stage completions to payments to subcontractors
16. Ensuring customer service remains of the highest priority at all times with everyone on site
Qualifications,
17. HA/Affordable housing experience
18. Previously a SSM/SM whilst working on large scale projects
19. Proven experience of managing a full site team
20. SMSTS
21. CSCS, Black
22. First Aid
