Key Responsibilities:
Provide clear leadership and day-to-day management of the internal sales team
Set daily goals, track performance, and foster a high-achieving, motivated team culture
Monitor team KPIs and individual targets to ensure consistent delivery against commercial objectives
Support sales performance through structured coaching, training, and 1-1 development plans
Collaborate closely with other departments to enhance the customer experience and drive results
Manage pricing strategy, profitability, and support with reporting and sales analytics
Deliver regular performance updates and strategic insight to senior leadership
Take ownership of recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development
Lead internal sales meetings and ensure clear communication of goals, challenges, and opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
Demonstrated experience managing and developing a high-performing sales or commercial team
Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on accountability and performance improvement
Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
Commercially astute with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork
Confident using tools like Excel, Power BI, and CRM platforms to track performance and inform decisions
Inspirational leader with the ability to drive positive change and support business growth
