Key Responsibilities of a Early Years Teaching Assistant
* Support pupils individually and in small groups, helping them to access learning across the curriculum
* Provide targeted support for children with a range of needs
* Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Support the school's values around anti‑racism, equity and community engagement
The Ideal Candidate for this Early Years teaching assistant vacancy
* A positive, resilient and caring approach to working with children
* A team player who is reliable, enthusiastic and proactive
* Experience working with primary‑aged children is desirable
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Teaching Assistance (or equivalent experience)
